Dosa Maavu Paniyaram
Dosai maavu paniyaram is a delicious South Indian snack made from the same batter used for making dosai. This dish involves cooking the batter in a special pan called a “paniyaram pan,” which has small, round molds. The batter, often a fermented mixture of rice and lentils, is poured into these molds and cooked until they are golden and crispy on the outside while remaining soft on the inside. Paniyarams can be made plain or spiced with ingredients like onions, chilies, and curry leaves for added flavor. They are typically served with chutney or sambar as a tasty and quick snack or breakfast option.
