Pre heat the pan.
Add 1 tbsp of ghee to the pan.
Add chopped onion on to it.
Fry until it turns to golden brown.
Add 1 cup of chopped beans and finely chopped cabbage.
Sauté it for few minutes.
Later add chopped potato on to it.
Allow the veggies to cook well.
Meanwhile in separate pan add 2 packets of Maggie instant noodles, 2 cups of water, 1 tsp. of oil, 1 pinch of salt and allow it to boil until it is semi cooked.
Note: Adding oil will make noodles non-sticky.
Drain the noodles with strainer and make sure the noodles are non-sticky and keep it aside.
Once the vegetables are cooked add on raw noodles to the veggies and mix slowly.
Now add 1 tsp. of soya sauce on to it.
Now add 2 packets of instant noodles masala on to the noodles and mix until raw smell goes.
Turn off the flame.
Our delicious veg noodles is ready to serve hot.
