Take all the required ingredients to bake cake.
With all purpose flour / maida add ¼ tsp of baking soda and ¼ tsp of baking powder and mix well.
Break and open 2 eggs and seperate white and yolk and keep it aside.
Take a seperate bowl and pour egg white.
Start beating the egg white with electric beater.
Beat until the egg white becomes fluffy.
Press the oven to convection mode.
In meantime preheat the oven to 110 Degree C.
Press the start button.
Preheat mode has been started. (For reference)
In seperate bowl take 100 gms ghee.
Use the electric beater to beat and beat the ghee until it is mixed properly.
Now add powdered sugar slowly little by little.
Again beat the mixture until it is mixed properly.
Now add 2 egg yolks on to it.
Beat the egg yolk until it is mixed.
Now add 100 ml of milk to the content and beat for few seconds.
Again beat the mixture for few seconds until it is mixed.
Now add a pinch of salt to the cake batter and mix well
Next add 1 cup of maida / all purpose flour to the content little by little.
Beat for 1 minute until it is mixed properly.
Now add singapore vanilla essence to the cake batter.
Then add egg white to the cake batter.
Now carefully mix the batter slowly with silicone spatula.
Mix well until the batter is mixed properly with egg white but slowly.
Take the cake pan
Grease the cake pan with ghee.
Add some all purpose flour to the greased cake pan.
Dust the cake pan and coat all the sides.
Now pour the cake batter on to the cake pan.
Place the stand inside the oven.
Now place the cake pan on to the stand.
Now press the convenction mode.
Set the oven to 170 Degree C.
Set the time to 40 minutes at 170 Degree C at convection mode and press the start button.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely. after it is cooled completely invert the cake and
transfer it to the plate and decorate it as you wish.
Our wonderful mouth watering dessert is ready to taste.
