First lets make a base with onion and tomatoes.
Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a pan.
Now add 1 chopped onion on to it.
And also add some requited amount of salt and saute it for few minutes.
Saute until it becomes pale.
Lets add 4 medium sized finely chopped tomatoes on to it.
Also add 1 inch Ginger on to it.
Now lets add 2 cloves of Garlic.
Finally add some cashews and saute it well until the tomatoes are soft and smashed.
Turn off the flame and grind the mixture once it cools down.
Now the base of our Paneer Butter Masala is ready.
Now melt 3 to 4 tbsp of Butter to the pan.
Now lets add 1 Bay Leaf, 1 Cinamon, 2 Cardamon.
Also add the grinded paste on to it .
Saute it for few minutes.
And add 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala
Add 1 tbsp Chilli Powder to it.
Saute it for few minutes.
Also add 1/2 tsp Sugar to balance the sourness of the tomatoes.
Finally add required amount of salt on to it.
Add water if required.
Saute it for 5 - 6 minutes in medium flame.
Now lets add 200 grams of paneer on ot it.
Next lets add 1 tsp Kasoori Methi on ot it. Crush it and add for best results.
Mix gently for few more minutes.
Finally add finely chopped coriander leaves on ot it and turn off the flame.
Our delicious Paneer Butter Masala is ready to serve.
