Note: you can add ¼ tsp of salt to it at this stage so that the tomatoes are smashed quickly and well.
Then, add 5 tbsp of ginger/garlic paste on to it and again sauté for few minutes.
When the raw smell goes, add ¼ tsp turmeric powder and fry for few minutes.
Then, add ½ kg mutton on to the content and mix well for 5 to 10 minutes.

Later, add chilli/coriander powder (Proportion: each ½ tsp) on to it and sauté for 5 minutes.
Now add 1 liter of water to the mixture.
Next, add salt as required for taste at this stage.
Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
Next, put whistle on cooker and pressure cook it for 15 to 20 minutes.
[Note: Timing depends on how tender/quality the mutton we buy]
Later, off the flame and let the pressure release.
Then, remove the whistle and open it.
At this stage check for the mutton whether it is cooked well.
If not, you can extend the timings.
If the mutton is cooked well it is done.
Then, you can add required amount of boiled water to the soup if the content is reduced.
Then boil the soup for 5 minutes and off the flame.
Lastly add curry/ coriander leaves.
