Egg mayonnaise is simple, satisfying, and perfect for when you're hungry and want something quick, creamy, and totally yummy. Great in sandwiches or just on its own! It’s the kind of comfort food that’s quick to whip up and always hits the spot. Whether you spread it on toast, stuff it in a sandwich, or scoop it onto crackers, egg mayo brings rich flavor and smooth texture in every bite.

Equipment

  • 1 Mixer Jar
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • Egg White - 3 no's
  • Garlic cloves - 2 no's
  • Lemon Juice - ½ tbsp
  • Sugar - ½ tsp
  • Salt - 1 Pinch
  • Sunflower Oil - 175ml

Instructions
 

  • Put 3 no's of egg white in a mixing bowl or blender.
  • Add 2 cloves of garlic onto it.
  • Add ½ tbsp lemon juice to it.
  • Later add ½ tsp of sugar.
  • Add pinch of salt to the mixture.
  • Add 100ml of sunflower oil.
  • Start blending or whisking it.
  • Slowly pour in the 50ml of oil on to it again and blend it well.
  • Add 25ml of oil and blend again.
  • As you add the oil, the mixture will thicken and turn creamy like mayonnaise.
  • Taste and adjust salt or lemon if needed and our creamy mayonnaise is ready.

Pictorial Guidance:
