Take the raw eggs and boil for 10 minutes and peel the shell off and keep it aside.
Next take the pan and add oil to it. Then add mustard seed and urad dal on to it.
Wait until it pops-up.
Once the mustard seed attains the required stage, now add finely chopped onion and green chilli.
Sauté it until it turns golden brown.
Then add 2 sliced tomatoes on to it.
Add 1/4 tsp salt to it.
Allow them to cook until they form a thick, fragrant base.
Meanwhile in a mixer add 2 sliced tomatoes and prepare puree.
Then add that puree on to the pan to get thick consistency.
Now add 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder and mix well.
Later add 1 tbsp of chilli ;powder and sauté it for few minutes.
Then add 3 tbsp of kulambu powder on to it and sauté till the raw smell goes.
Then add some water to it and mix well. By adding water, you can attain gravy consistency.
Allow it to boil for 2 - 3 minutes.
Next add required amount of salt on to it.
Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
Gently add the boiled eggs into the gravy.
Mix slowly and ensure eggs are not broken.
Let them for 1 minute to absorb the delicious flavors.
Simmer everything together until the gravy reaches your desired consistency and add lastly garnish with curry and coriander leaves.
