Place the cooker.
Add in well washed rice and water.
Close the lid and put pressure and cook until its cooked well.
In mean while place the pan.
Add 2-3 tbsp oil.
Add in Mustard seeds and Urad Dhal.
Allow the Mustard seed pop up well and Urad Dhal turn into golden brown.
Add on Chopped Onion and Chilly.
Let it fry well and turn into golden brown.
Add Coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves, Chopped Capsicum and Carrot on to it.
Mix well until its half cooked.
Now add on chopped ginger on to it.
Now add Asafoetida to it.
Mix well and keep it aside.
Now take the cooked rice.
Smash it well.
Add in 1 Cup Curd on to it.
Now add seasoning to it.
Now add salt as required.
Mix well together.
At last add pomegranate to your curd rice.
Curd rice is ready to serve.
