Wheat Dosa
Yes! This is another south Indian dish and also favorite of mine…. Wheat dosa is a simple dish anyone can make at home and mostly served for breakfast. I always prefer to make this dish since it contains simple ingredients and easy to cook.
I could definitely tell you that, this is best one for those who are in diet. Most of the people use to make this dosa only with wheat flour. But I have adulterated other flours to have more taste in this dosa. This dosa goes best with coconut chutney as side dish.
Let’s start the Preparation….
