Easy Macaroni Recipe

Here comes another simple and delicious dish. I used to prepare often as this is my son’s favourite.

This menu can be made simple and quick. This pasta made with boiled macaroni is very easy to prepare and it makes your taste buds cheer.

This One I tried at home and came out with super taste. This is definitely kid’s loving dish. This saucy recipe is very delicious and goes good with cheese which is totally optional. If you feel like having a good and quick one for your breakfast or dinner you can definitely go for this recipe.

Equipment

  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Extra Bowl
  • 1 Measuring Cup (For water)

Ingredients

  • Oil – I tbsp
  • Ghee – ½ tsp
  • Chopped onion – 1 no.
  • Chilli – 2 nos.
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Curry Leaves – 1 String
  • Tomato – 2 nos. Medium Size
  • Hapima – 1 pkt Hot and Spicy fried rice masala
  • Oregano – 1 tbsp
  • Pizza seasoning – 1 tbsp
  • Macaroni – 2 cup

Instructions

  • Firstly add 1 tbsp of oil to the pan.
  • Then, add ½ tsp ghee on to it to enhance the taste.
  • Later, add on 1 medium sized finely chopped onion, chilli.
  • Fry it for few seconds.
  • Then, add ½ tsp of salt to it.
  • Now add 1 string of curry leaves.
  • And again, saute it for a minute.
  • Then, add 2 numbers of medium sized tomato on to it.
  • Now fry till the tomato is smashed well.
  • Then add require amount of water on to it. (250ml thrice)
  • Now add 1 pkt of hapima masala and add required amount of salt on to it.
  • Now add 1 tbsp of oregano, 1 tbsp of pizza seasoning.
  • Allow it to boil for a minute.
  • Later add 2 cups of macaroni to the boiled content.
  • Allow it to boil until the macaroni is cooked well.
  • Once the macaroni is cooked well turn off the flame and add on grated cheese and coriander leaves on to it.

Notes
